Our booking page runs off the same live calendar as every channel we list on, so the dates it shows are genuinely free — and there's no platform service fee added to your bill.

How it works

  1. Pick your place and dates

    The booking page lists all three properties with live availability and live nightly rates. Nothing shown is already taken.

  2. Send the request

    Your details, your dates, anything we should know. It takes a minute.

  3. We confirm

    By email, usually within the hour and always within a business day, with payment details and your check-in instructions.

  4. Let yourself in

    Self check-in at every property — key safe at Sutherland, smart lock at Caringbah. Arrive at any hour; the code comes the day before.

What you'll pay

Sutherland ApartmentFrom $198 a night. Minimum 2 nights.
Caringbah Master RoomFrom $132 a night. Minimum 1 night.
Caringbah Coastal RetreatFrom $110 a night. Minimum 2 nights.
CleaningAny cleaning charge is shown on the booking page before you commit — nothing appears afterwards.
Platform feeNone. That's the whole point of booking here rather than on Airbnb.
CancellationFull refund up to 5 days before check-in — the same as our Airbnb policy. See the booking terms.

These are the lowest nightly rates. They move with demand — weekends and peak dates price higher — so the booking page always shows the real figure for your dates.

Staying three months or more? Don't use the nightly booking page — longer and corporate stays run on weekly rates under a written agreement, and we quote those directly.
